• 1 ts Black peppercorns
  • 1 ts Mustard seeds
  • 1 ts Dill seeds
  • 1 ts Coriander seeds
  • 1 ts Cloves
  • 1 ts Allspice berries
  • A small piece of dried ginger
  • 3 Dried bay leaves


Tie the spices in a muslin bag and add to the water for boiling the crab.
