Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, chopped fine
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 pound raw shrimp, cleaned and chopped
  • 6 to 8 slices white bread
  • 1 small can claw crab meat
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Shallots, chopped

Directions

Saute onion and bell pepper in oleo until soft. Add chopped shrimp, garlic, and 1 cup of chopped shallots. Cook for about 20 minutes. Add crab meat and approximately 6 to 8 slices of soft white bread torn in small pieces. Add mayonnaise to bring to a consistency that holds together in a ¼ cup mound on a baking sheet. Bake at 350F for about 20 to 30 minutes.
