• 6 1/2 oz Can minced clams, undrained
  • 1 c Light cream
  • 1/2 ts Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ds Tabasco sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped chives
  • Paprika to taste


Blend clams and liquid at high speed until smooth. Add cream, Worcestershire, Tabasco and salt; blend until well mixed. Transfer to large bowl. Refrigerate until well chilled. Before serving, sprinkle with chives and paprika.
