Ingredients

  • 1/4 ts Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tb Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb White crabmeat
  • 1 tb Prepared mustard
  • 1/2 c Cracker meal
  • 1/2 c Mayonnaise
  • 1 tb Bell pepper; finely diced
  • 2 Eggs; beaten
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1/4 ts Red pepper
  • 1 sm Onion; finely diced

Directions

Beat eggs in mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, Worcestershire, Tabasco, salt, pepper, onion, bell pepper and cracker meal. Mix thoroughly. Fold in crabmeat. Place in 2-quart round casserole or individual crab shells. Bake in preheated 325F oven 15-20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
