Ingredients

  • 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 2 cups pumpkin (mashed)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. (each) ginger, allspice, nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/3 cups light cream

Directions

Whisk together all ingredients and pour into unbaked pastry shell. Bake at 400º F for 10 minutes and reduce temperature to 350º For 50 minutes more. Cool before serving.
