Ingredients

  • 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can Crab Meat (drained & flaked)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. prepared mustard
  • Dash of salt
  • 3 English muffins, split & toasted

Directions

Stir together Crab Meat and mayonnaise. Set aside. Beat together cream cheese, egg yolk, onion, mustard and salt until smooth and creamy. Spread toasted muffin halves with butter and then with mayonnaise and Crab mixture. Top with cream cheese mixture. Place on baking sheet. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 2 to 3 minutes until top is bubbly and golden.
