• 1 can Crab Meat
  • 1 stick margarine, softened
  • 1 (7 oz.) jar Old English sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 (6 count) package English muffins


Slice muffins into halves and cut each half into fourths and arrange on cookie sheet. Place Crab Meat in colander and rinse with cold water. Drain Crab Meat on paper towels, checking for shells. Mix Crab Meat with softened margarine, cheese, mayonnaise, and seasonings. Spread on English muffins. Freeze for at least 30 minutes. (Can be frozen for several weeks.) Broil until they puff up and are bubbly and slightly golden brown. Serve hot.
