Ingredients

  • 1 lb. blue Crab Meat
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs
  • Dash of cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a large mixing bowl. Stuff mixture into shells or casserole dish and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. Makes enough stuffing for 6 Crab shells.
