Ingredients

  • 1 md Chopped onion
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 Chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c Sliced almonds
  • 1 Chopped red pepper
  • 2 c Grated med cheddar
  • 2 lg Tomatoes (peeled, seeded & Diced)
  • 1/4 c Butter
  • 1/4 c Flour
  • 1 1/4 c Heavy cream
  • 2 1/4 lb Cooked carb meat

Directions

Preheat oven to 450. Saute vegetables in butter until tender. Sprinkle with flour; stir until well blended. Add cream & simmer, stirring, until thick. Stir in crab meat & seasonings. Spoon hot mixture into greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle almonds & cheese. Bake in oven just until cheese is golden.
