• 2 cups Crab Meat, flaked
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1-1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt


Preheat oven to 350 F. Line the bottom of a baking pan with the Crab Meat. Sprinkle the diced onion over the Crab Meat. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Combine eggs, milk and salt, and mix well. Pour over the Crab mixture. Bake 1 hour. Allow to stand for at least 10 minutes before cutting.
