Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) package Alaska Crab Meat
  • 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 (9 inch) pie shell
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1 tsp. chopped chives
  • Dash pepper

Directions

Thaw and drain Crab Meat. Beat together the eggs and half and half and seasoning. Place mushrooms and Crab in bottom of pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese and add egg mixture and bake at 375 F for 35-40 minutes or until center is firm.
